Dovedale Ban Appeals

For appeals in general, be respectful and show remorse for your actions. We don't want to punish people who didn't do anything wrong, or people who think that they have improved significantly and regret their actions, but we are going to be far less lenient with rudeness and a lack of effort.

For appealing wiki blocks, use the Wiki Appeals form. Otherwise:

Discord

To appeal Discord server bans, join the Community Appeals Server and create a Ban Appeal ticket.

You must follow these rules in tickets:

  1. Respect: You are expected to act responsibly and respectfully in tickets. Any form of hostility or offensive language will be severely punished.
  2. Staff DMs: Do not, in any circumstances, DM a staff member regarding an appeal or other issue in this server, whether it be if you haven't received a response, were banned, or otherwise. This will most likely result in a ban.
  3. 1 person per ticket: We have a strict 1 person per ticket policy in place on this server, if other users would like to report information on the same case to us then you both need to make separate tickets.
  4. Under 13s: All bans for being under the age of 13 are not appealable, and users will be removed from the server. We have no way of accurately and safely verifying your age, and we will not accept ID or records as proof, in the interest of safety.
  5. After Denying: If the appeal for your ban has been denied, you can stay in the server. You cannot, however, open another ban appeal ticket unless you have relevant, new info that could change the outcome of your appeal. This rule does not apply to accounts recognised as under 13, you will be banned.

Breaking any of these rules is, in almost all situations, an immediate ban, revoking your ability to appeal further or contact us.

Game

In order to appeal a ban made in-game (on Roblox), you can use the Roblox Ban Appeal Google Form.

This will be replaced in the future with a more streamlined process that allows both sides to communicate, but for now, you must use the form. Tickets on the main or appeals Discord server will be immediately closed.
